About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any object you buy from LintelIn. By placing an order you agree to them. Design commissions are covered by a separate agreement signed at the start of each project.
Orders
Your order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. Many of our objects are made by hand in small editions, so we may contact you if an item is no longer available and refund you in full.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Duties and import taxes for orders outside the EU are paid by the customer.
Handmade pieces
Natural materials such as stone, wood, linen and clay vary in colour and texture. Small differences from the photos are part of each piece and are not considered defects.
Intellectual property
All photographs, drawings and text on this website belong to Lintelin or to the photographers credited. Please ask before using them, and credit the studio when you do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If something goes wrong, write to hello@lintelin.studio first — we will always try to resolve it directly.
