Shipping & Returns

Delivery times
Pieces in stock leave our Lisbon studio within 3–5 working days. Made-to-order objects take 4–8 weeks; the exact lead time is shown on each product page.
Shipping costs
Small objects ship with tracked courier across Portugal, the EU and the UK. Furniture and large pieces travel with a specialist white-glove carrier; we will send you a quote and arrange a delivery date with you.
Returns
You can return pieces from stock within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Email hello@lintelin.studio to start a return. Made-to-order and personalised pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the full price to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the piece was faulty.
Damaged on arrival
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, send us photos within 48 hours and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
